Not bad overall, little bit far especially for someone who doesn't have a car

ไปถึงค่อนข้างเย็นแล้ว น้องบริการดี พูดเพราะ มีอุปสรรคนิดหน่อยกับเรื่องคีการ์ด แจ้งน้องพนักงาน น้องรีบมาแก้ไขให้ ห้องใหญ่กว้างขวาง สะอาด สมกับราคา เราได้ห้องหมายเลข14 สำหรับ 3 คน ห้องน้ำโดยเฉพาะผักบัวอาบน้ำชำรุด ทำให้น้ำไหลไม่แรง แถมน้ำมีหยุดไหลบางช่วง ต้องโทรแจ้งถึง 2 รอบ แต่ก็ได้รับการแก้ไขทันที สรุปทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่เราอาจจะ เจอแจ๊กพ็อต เอง

Hi, Good day to you. We would like to express our disappointment regarding our stay at Thalang Resort, as the service did not meet our expectations. Firstly, communication was difficult as the staff had limited understanding of English, which caused a significant amount of time and effort to resolve basic matters. We had specifically requested a non-smoking room, however the room provided had a strong smoke smell. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was not functioning properly, and there was an electrical short-circuit issue in the room, which raised safety concerns. Regarding laundry services, we were informed that it was not available at all times and only in the morning. This was not mentioned in advance, and there was also no washing machine provided, which was inconvenient. The resort is located quite far from main areas, and we had difficulty finding drivers for transportation. Although airport transfer was agreed upon, it was not provided. We also experienced disturbances from guests in nearby rooms, which made our stay uncomfortable. As there were only three girls staying, safety at night was a major concern for us. We expected a safe and secure environment, and unfortunately, this did not meet our expectations. We kindly request clarification on why these important details were not communicated beforehand, and we hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve future guests’ experiences. Decent little spot by naka market. Perfect place to stop at on your travels before home or rest period away from the mad areas also to get all your bits and pieces from the weekend market.
